Do you deliver worldwide?

No, we currently only offer delivery within Denmark.

Where are the items shipped from?

We ship our products from our international distribution centers to offer you the best prices.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure quick processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after the order is placed. After this period, changes may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. After delivery, you can request a return according to our Refund Policy.

The estimated delivery time within Denmark is 7–10 business days. Most orders arrive within this timeframe; however, delays may occur due to high demand, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 35 days from the shipping date:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund.

  • A discount code may be offered as compensation for delayed deliveries.

  • If a package is confirmed lost, a refund will be issued.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@brighttara.com. Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Defective or incorrect items must be returned before a refund can be processed. You may also request a replacement item. See our Refund Policy for all details.

What should I do if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and include the following:

  • Clear pictures of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

The item must be returned before a refund is processed. A replacement item can be sent upon request.
