1. Processing Time

We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible:

• Order cutoff time: 20:00 (CET - Danish time).
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery and transit times

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time to Denmark is:

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.

*Note: Delivery times are estimates. Variations may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or regional factors beyond our control.

3. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking link. This allows you to track your package online in real time.

4. Important notes

• Address information: The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information. Any redelivery fees due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
• Damaged goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at info@brighttara.com according to our Return Policy.
