Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In these cases, we cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Please contact our customer support if you wish to change your order; however, we have a deadline until 8:00 PM (CET, Central European Time – Denmark).

Liability
We are not responsible for delays or damages occurring during return shipment.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted only by mail.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for return shipping refund.
All other returns are the customer's responsibility.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for return and reshipment.

Our registered business address is not a return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be received or processed.
